Dr Safiqul Islam joined the Primary Health Care Medical & Dental Centre in Bankstown in 2016. He worked in Bangladesh after graduating there from Chittagong University in 1983. Safiqul has an extensive list of special interests which include antenatal care, cardiology, chronic disease management, infectious disease, mental helth and occupational health and medicals. He has a further interest in paediatrics, respiratory medicine, skin & cosmetics, travel medicine and minor injuries as well as minor surgeries.In his free time, Safiqul enjoys soccer and cricket.
